This is the first time that I’ve ever ever posted on an online forum thing…But I think you’ll understand why

No, but it’s not a bad idea. Hmmmm

Oh yeah, Bob Dylan wants to do the welding on my house, because he’s into welding now
― Jack White

ohohohoh GUYS! You know the Raconteurs song: ‘Blue Veins’?

It has some reversed vocal parts in it, so I’m going to try reversing them back, and see if there’s a secret message! haha

Any other tracks that I could try?

Vault package #13 arrived!

WOOOOOOOOO!!!!

To anyone in the UK who still hasn’t received theirs yet…

Soon!

What will Jack White do next?

What will he do next?

It’s a question that I’m ITCHING to know the answer to!!

He is a figure that is constantly very secretive, and surrounded by mystery, so you cannot help but be intrigued and try to ‘read into’ everything that he does.

I’ve been pondering the possibilities with Paul (halfpastpaul.tumblr.com) over the last few weeks, and we’ve come up with some possibilities:

  1. After a hugely successful debut solo album, it would make sense to follow it up with another solo record surely? Blunderbuss 2.0 if you will. But this is Jack White…if that’s the route he’s going to take, then I expect him to COMPLETELY shake up the format that has been so popular. Maybe changing all of the band members? Who knows?
He may even announce another UK and US leg to the tour that just ended (you know what he’s like with the number 3!)

  2. There have been lots of little clues as to a Dead Weather re-union, such as: The Kills supporting Jack, guest appearances from Alison and Dean (COME ON!!), the DW photobook in Vault package #14, etc. But we’ve ruled out this possibility as the Queens of the Stone Age are currently recording an album which is expected to be released spring 2013 (?). So surely this would rule Dean out of a DW reunion for quite some time.

  3. The other option would be a Raconteurs reunion. This may seem the most unlikely, but due to deductive reasoning, it may not seem that far-fetched. Brendan Benson released a solo album in April, which he subsequently toured extensively. But now this tour has drawn to a close, and ended roughly the same time that Jacks did (coincidence?). The Greenhornes are seemingly dormant at the moment, which frees up LJ and Patrick.
    That’s everyone right?

  4. Is there a fourth option? He could do anything. But I do know that he’s made it clear before that he won’t form any other bands. But like I said previously; who knows?

I’m praying for an announcement in the new year, although that may be a bit soon (he does deserve a break after all!) However, I am hoping that he’ll go straight back into the studio to record another masterpiece!

I’m not bothered as to whatever the next project may be, as he has not yet disappointed! But I think that the most likely options would be Blunderbuss 2.0, or a third Raconteurs album.

Just imagine…The return of the Copper Kid! Or will the duck egg blue mist descend once more?

I’ve almost definitely forgotten things, and I may have biased opinions…

So what do you Guys think?
